Suzy is a fully qualified personal trainer (L3) who specialises in adapting exercise for older adults and accredited Otago Leader. Suzy will adapt the class exercises to meet the needs of individual physical conditions or impairments, and follow physio guidance if offered. Please advise ahead.

The classes are aimed at anyone over the age of 65 who want to be motivated by simple group exercise. Greeted with a slow gradual warm up to prepare you for resistance band work, movements stretches ahead. The class is perfect for those looking to increase their mobility, improve posture, balance, strength, self-confidence and self-esteem. All exercises adhere to NHS and Otago recommendations to reduce the risk of falls and are led by Suzy Hawker, a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in adapting exercise for older adults, accredited Later Life Otago Leader, and a UKA Leader in Running Fitness too.
